PATHNORTH MASTER CLASSES ON MEANING
LED BY VARIOUS EXPERTS
These intimate conversations capture and share the knowledge and experience of the gifted individuals within our community, exposing our membership to ideas and leaders who challenge and expand our set views and transport us to a better place. Each Master Class will center on an individual with proven expertise and solid accomplishment in their respective field.
PATHNORTH WOMEN’S INITIATIVE
Led by Lisa Martin & Coach Dar, Senior Fellows
We've received interest from many of our members about creating programming that allows for the women members of PathNorth to connect more deeply on the tenets of PathNorth - meaning, authenticity and perspective. We plan to host monthly Zoom sessions on a variety of topics that will create intimate conversations, yielding deeper individual rewards. As soon as it is safe to do so, we will host a retreat in 2021.
These are optional offerings in addition to our established programming which serves all members of PathNorth. These sessions and the upcoming retreat are the result of the collective feedback the PathNorth team has received and the felt need of our women members. PATHNORTH HUMAN LIBRARY

The PathNorth Human Library aspires to collect part of the story of each one of our members. Members are enjoying and valuing Rick’s thoughtful interviews captured as a valuable record of their history, hopes, dreams and disappointments. Some day your children will thank you. NEXT GENERATION INITIATIVE
Led by Coach Dar, Senior Fellow
PathNorth Next Gen Initiative is designed for young adult children of our members who are looking for a path to greater meaning. PathNorth Senior Fellow, Coach Dar, has hosted four Next Generation hour-long Zoom calls with participants from the Next Gen Retreat in 2018 and young adult children of PathNorth members. The evening conversations are open and free-flowing, giving the group time to check-in and discuss whatever is on their minds. We strive for the calls to engage the next generation individuals virtually and serve as a conduit of conversation the participants shape together. PATHNORTH SMALL GROUPS

As we continue to broaden the definition of success, at PathNorth we have found that deeper and intimate conversations are born of small groups drawn together by points of connection. This opportunity is in the making, we believe that it will further enhance our connective tissue as a community.
